Brian was super professional, giving me an immediate update of the status of my order upon request. Sure, delivery time takes a couple of weeks due to it coming from Italy and then from the UK to Asia, but the process was good and not too long. I’ve waited longer for packages from China. In all, I’m super satisfied with my new Tangolera shoes. I had one pair I’d been wearing for 10 years, and though the heels have worn down, the entire shoe was so well made it’s still my go-to pair for milongas. Feel like butter on the floor. Glides and slides perfectly. No pressure points, no burns, no blisters, no hurting of any kind, no toes hanging out on the front edges. The most comfortable shoes ever, specially for dancing. I would buy even as a dressy shoes because they are comfortable and gorgeous. Just perfect!
